DSE · United States only

Trust starts with a clear next step.

Use the DSE Trust Center to download a practical intake workbook before a client, contractor, or partner conversation. Each workbook helps frame the work without putting sensitive material into an early exchange.

These workbooks are information-gathering only. They are not a service agreement, offer, statement of work, authorization, or commitment. Do not include PHI, credentials, secrets, production logs, controlled data, or personal consumer or patient data.

One public starting point

Direct downloads for planning. Controlled handling for formal agreements.

We separate early discovery from the documents that carry legal, privacy, security, and delivery obligations. That keeps the first exchange useful without confusing an intake workbook for a signed relationship.

Downloadable intake workbooks

Choose the conversation you need to start.

Download an editable Word copy to complete internally, or a PDF reference copy to review and share. Return a completed workbook only through a DSE-provided controlled channel. The public website is not an agreement-upload service.

Client services

Define the useful scope.

For potential email hosting, AI hosting, B2B technical services, cybersecurity work, and advisory engagements. Describe outcomes, scope boundaries, systems and data categories, timeline, and dependencies without providing data itself.

Partners and integrations

Explore the shared opportunity.

For prospective integration partners, collaborators, referral relationships, and research conversations. Frame the use case, possible connection, broad data categories, roles to explore, and the right limited next step.

Contractor relationships

Share capability, not sensitive information.

For independent professionals interested in DSE delivery work. Share your capability areas, public portfolio links, availability, and practical engagement preferences. Do not include SSNs, dates of birth, banking details, or background-check information.

Handling boundary

Do not send sensitive material to start.

Use the workbook to describe categories, context, and constraints. Do not attach client records, ePHI, credentials, secrets, system exports, production logs, or regulated data. If a conversation needs a controlled document exchange, DSE will provide the appropriate channel after the initial review.

Privacy & Data Notices

Find the policy, choice, or request that fits.

This is the public directory for DSE's U.S. privacy, data-sharing, and related notices. Use it to understand the next step before you share information or begin a request.

One clear directory

Know where your information goes.

The full notices remain the authoritative source. This directory helps you get to the right one quickly, whether you want to review how information is handled, manage optional cookies, exercise a privacy right, or make a sharing choice.

Formal agreement path

The right document follows the right scope.

A useful early discussion should not create ambiguity about legal terms or authorization. After the relevant scope is confirmed, DSE provides the appropriate formal document for review and execution.

01 · Describe

Use the workbook.

Start with a high-level description of the outcome, boundaries, participants, and timing. Keep sensitive material out of the first exchange.

02 · Confirm

Confirm fit and scope.

We identify the appropriate next conversation and the agreement type that fits the proposed relationship. No services or access begin from a workbook alone.

03 · Execute

Use the formal path.

Where a formal document is needed, DSE supplies the approved form and execution process. A completed workbook does not replace a signed agreement.

Document types and redline policy

Clear rules for the documents that matter.

We provide formal agreement documents when the relationship and scope call for them. The choices below explain the direction of travel, not a public offer of a binding template.

Client MSA, statement of work, and data terms

Provided for the specific client relationship after scope review. The final document set identifies services, responsibilities, commercial terms, and any applicable data-handling terms.

Partner or integration documents

For a prospective relationship, DSE may provide a mutual NDA or a specific integration or collaboration document after the parties confirm the opportunity. Those documents may be reviewed through the appropriate legal process.

Independent contractor documents

Provided only to selected contractors. The final path includes the appropriate contractor, confidentiality, intellectual-property, and security obligations before work is authorized.

Standard HIPAA BAA · no redlines

The standard BAA does not accept redlines or custom edits and is not a downloadable contract. It is furnished for controlled e-signature only after the service scope, counsel-approved final form, and execution process are confirmed. Do not include PHI in a request to start.

Start with the right level of detail
