How to opt out
You may opt out of "sharing" using any of the following methods:
- Decline non-essential cookies on our cookie banner or on our Cookies & Consent page.
- Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser or extension. We honor GPC by denying optional tracking, including analytics and marketing tags.
- Submit a request through the privacy request form available on this Site, or email legal@thedataexperts.us with "CCPA opt-out" in the subject line.
Your opt-out is stored in your browser. If you clear your browser storage or use a different browser or device, you may need to opt out again.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit an opt-out or other request on your behalf. We may require proof of the agent's authorization and may verify the identity of the consumer named in the request before acting.
No discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right under the CCPA/CPRA or comparable state law, including by denying services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.
Other state rights
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. The methods above apply to those opt-outs as well, and we honor GPC where applicable.
