Use of the Site
The Site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. You agree not to: probe / scrape / crawl beyond robots.txt; submit forms with intent to deceive; reverse-engineer any embedded service; interfere with operation.
Intellectual property
All content (text, design, code samples, the Refinery Report) is © Data Science & Engineering Experts, Inc. unless attributed otherwise. Short, attributed quotes are welcome. Bulk reproduction needs written permission.
No warranty
The Site and any unsigned communications are provided without warranty of any kind. Engagement deliverables are warranted per the signed SOW.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to $100 USD. This cap does not apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct, or claims that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Fulton County, Georgia courts.
