Approve written terms

Work begins only after the parties agree on scope, rates or fees, payment timing, travel, employment classification, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.

Commercial guardrails. Travel outside our normal Georgia service area must be reimbursed or included in the signed fee. Insurance can be bound when required by a conditional award or agreement. Background checks, employment verification, and drug screening can be arranged when scoped. Availability, candidate fit, start date, and outcomes are never guaranteed before written confirmation.
