Practitioner-led.
Built for handoff.

We staff AI governance, implementation, private AI, data, and security work with the practitioners needed to deliver the outcome. The model is simple: clear scope, direct technical accountability, documented decisions, and a handoff your team can operate after the engagement.

PRACTITIONER-LED · NO ACCOUNT LAYER
"Anyone can sell strategy. We sell working software. The runbook is part of the deliverable. Always."
How we staff

The team that scopes the work stays accountable for the architecture.

We run this firm the way we expect the work to run for a client: the delivery team owns the decisions, evidence, and runbook instead of handing them through an account layer. Scope reviews, architecture decisions, and code review stay close to the people doing the build.

We are deliberately focused and grow with intent. We default to "no" on work we cannot deliver cleanly, and "yes" on scoped engagements where we can leave a system, policy, or operating model your team can run.

We hire rarely.
And only for delivery depth.

We add capacity when it improves client delivery, not to create a larger bench for its own sake. We promote and partner from the inside first, then post here.

If you've shipped a multi-tenant LLM system, AI governance program, private AI deployment, or federal AI engagement and can discuss the tradeoffs, send a note to hiring@thedataexperts.us.
