How we staff

The person who answers the phone is the person who writes the architecture diagram.

We run this firm the way we expect it run for a client: a senior practitioner stays on the keyboard through delivery — not an account exec, not a partner, not an offshore handoff. Scope reviews, architecture decisions, and code review go through the people doing the build.

We are deliberately small and grow with intent. The leadership seats below open as we scale — filled only by senior operators who still ship, never figureheads. We default to "no" on anything we don't believe we can deliver, and "yes" on anything we can.
