Work with DSE · Strategic partnerships

Build a useful partnership with DSE.

Tell us what your organization brings, where our work could complement yours, and what we could accomplish together. We review proposals in writing so the next conversation can start with a clear purpose.

Ways we might work together

Bring a clear contribution and a useful next step.

Referrals and channels

Connect an organization with a clearly scoped need. Existing referral terms are handled through our separate referral program.

Joint delivery

Contribute complementary expertise to a defined business opportunity, with responsibilities agreed before any work begins.

Technology and integrations

Explore how products or systems could work together around a specific use case.

Specialist providers

Introduce expertise that could support a future, separately scoped engagement.

Education and community

Propose useful workshops, knowledge sharing, or community collaboration.

Government and teaming

Describe a relevant procurement or teaming opportunity and the contribution you could make.

Other business collaboration

Explain a proposal that does not fit the categories above.

Physical-security provider interest: DSE's physical-security approach is in development. We welcome exploratory proposals, but physical-security delivery is not currently available through DSE's website. Qualifications, capacity, service area, and contractual roles require documented review before any future engagement is offered.

What makes a proposal useful

Show the value on both sides.

We look for a clear contribution, a relevant audience or business need, evidence of experience, realistic capacity, and an identifiable first step. Explain what you can bring and what you hope to achieve with DSE. Early-stage ideas are welcome; describe what still needs to be worked out.

  • A capability that complements DSE's current work or a clearly described area for exploration.
  • A relevant organization, audience, or business opportunity.
  • A practical contribution and a mutual outcome worth exploring.
  • Examples or supporting links, with confidential client details left out.
  • An honest view of capacity, timing, constraints, and what remains unconfirmed.
A written first step

Understand the proposal before deciding on a conversation.

  1. Share the organization, proposed contribution, opportunity, and supporting information.
  2. Receive a submission reference and an email receipt.
  3. DSE reviews the proposal and the stated fit factors.
  4. If there is a useful next step, we may ask for more information or invite a conversation.

A proposal does not create a partnership, approve a vendor, authorize work, or grant access to DSE or client systems. We do not guarantee a call or acceptance. Any relationship, commercial terms, and delivery responsibilities are confirmed separately in writing.

Application intake

Give us the context before a conversation.

Share a focused proposal so we can review the fit in writing. Keep examples high level. Do not include client names or personal information, confidential documents, passwords, or access credentials.
