Your clients are pasting financials into public AI tools, their insurers want proof of controls, and the question lands on your desk. You are not a security firm and you do not need to become one. Refer the work to DSE, or resell it under your brand, and keep the relationship you built.
A tiered referral and white-label program for CPA firms, fractional CFO practices and IT managed service providers. Fixed-fee, point-in-time security and AI risk assessments, fractional CISO retainers, and PrivateStack governed AI workspaces, delivered by senior practitioners.
Staff draft with public AI tools and paste client, financial or patient data into them. Insurers, lenders and acquirers now ask about it. Most owners cannot see it, and the trusted advisor is the first person they ask.
A senior practitioner scopes and runs a fixed-fee, point-in-time assessment or a retained fractional CISO engagement and hands back a plain-English report. You choose whether we are visible to the client.
DSE does not sell managed IT, does not approach a partner's clients, and does not ask you to chase anyone. You are kept informed at three stages on every referral, and fees are paid on collected cash.

"Certified" is DSE's own program designation for partners who have completed enablement and met a referral threshold. It is not a third-party certification, credential or accreditation. Co-brand and white-label rights cover marketing and report presentation only; they never include tenant administration, credentials, client data access or product IP. The client's contract is always with DSE.
What we need from you: the contact (with their consent), the trigger, any date that matters, and anything we should not raise on the first call. Already know your lane? The MSP white-label page and the CFO / CPA referral page describe each engagement in detail: white-label assessments for Atlanta MSPs and referral assessments for fractional CFOs and CPAs.
Referring a client? Enter your partner code so the referral is attributed to you, then describe the client and the trigger. We respond to the client within two business days and keep you informed at three stages.
Applying to the program? Leave the partner code blank and tell us about your firm and the kinds of clients you serve. We reply with the referral agreement and, once accepted, your partner code.
Co-branded materials are available to Certified and White-label partners. Every partner receives the enablement kit with the approved claims list.
No. DSE does not sell managed services and does not approach a partner's clients. We are the senior bench behind or beside your brand; the relationship, the renewal and the upsell stay with you.
On collected cash, after DSE receives payment, at the rate for your tier, inside an attribution window, capped at first-year fees. The exact schedule is provided on acceptance and is not published here.
Only what is on the approved claims list in the enablement kit. DSE is advisory and point-in-time; we do not run a 24/7 SOC, we do not guarantee compliance or audit outcomes, and we do not claim certifications we have not verified. Our public statement of how we describe AI work is at Claims Policy.
Co-brand rights at the White-label tier cover marketing and report presentation. They never include tenant administration, credentials, client data or product IP. The client's contract is with DSE, and published tier limits govern; we do not promise seats beyond the published tier.
DSE is not a NASBA-registered CPE sponsor. Credit is possible only when a registered sponsor hosts the session and issues it. Until a host confirms, the wording is "CPE credit pending host sponsor confirmation."
A 50-minute session for CPA firms and the fractional CFOs who serve their clients: where AI is already inside the firm, the three exposures, and the five controls a firm must own. Host it at your office or join a scheduled session. CPE credit pending host sponsor confirmation.
Every engagement a partner refers is a point-in-time review of a defined scope as it existed during the engagement. "Readiness" means a gap assessment mapped to what insurers and regulators ask, never a certification, attestation or guarantee of coverage or audit outcome.
DSE is a lean, senior advisory firm. We do not run a 24/7 SOC and do not provide managed detection and response. Where a client needs continuous monitoring, it is delivered by a vetted partner they contract; we scope the requirement and help orchestrate it.
Program terms, including the fee schedule, are provided on acceptance and may change for future referrals on notice. Partners have no authority to bind DSE, quote unpublished prices or make claims beyond the approved list. We never claim to prevent breaches or guarantee an outcome we cannot control.
