Scope the AI work
that needs to hold up.

To get a fixed-fee AI governance, AI security, or private AI quote from DSE, describe the problem in the form below. A principal, not a sales rep, reads every submission and replies within 24 hours with a fit assessment, follow-up questions, or a scoped, fixed-fee quote within 48 hours. There is no automated sales sequence and no obligation to proceed.

Tell us what needs to hold up. A principal reads every submission and replies with fit, next questions, or a fixed-fee scope. Use this form for AI governance readiness, LLM security testing, private AI architecture, implementation rescue, or enterprise adoption. We work across healthcare, government, financial services, and other sensitive-data teams. Common regulated entry points: a Healthcare AI Readiness Snapshot, a Federal AI Readiness Brief, or a board-facing AI Governance Gap Assessment. Want the ranges first? § Before you submit·six lines that get a faster, more accurate reply

Six things to include so we can scope it in one read.

A principal reads every submission once and decides fit, next questions, or a fixed-fee scope from what you write. These six details are the difference between a same-day reply and a round of follow-up questions.

  1. Name the specific AI system or use case: a chatbot, a RAG assistant, an internal copilot, an agent workflow. "We use AI" is not enough to scope from.
  2. Say what's driving the timeline: a board question, an audit, a customer's security questionnaire, an incident, or a launch date.
  3. List any frameworks or regulations you already know apply: HIPAA, NIST AI RMF, SR 26-2, GLBA, CMMC, EU AI Act, or none yet.
  4. Tell us the production state: already live, in pilot, or still greenfield with nothing built.
  5. Include a real deadline, even a rough one. "No rush" gets a different scope than "board meets in three weeks."
  6. Say who owns the decision: you, a security or compliance team, legal, or a committee not yet formed.

None of this is required. Even a rough, one-paragraph description gets read and answered. The six lines above just save a round-trip of clarifying questions between your first message and our first useful reply.

§ 02 The problem
Plain language is fine. A principal reads this directly and routes it to the right scope.
§ 03 Constraints
Optional. Helps us scope realistically.
Optional, but it helps us figure out what's working.
We read it, reply, and file it. No CRM blast, no resale, no tracking pixels. Privacy.
§ Common questions·before you submit

What people ask before they submit.

How fast will I hear back?

A principal reads every submission within about an hour and replies within 24 hours with fit, not-fit, or follow-up questions. If it's a fit, you get a fixed-fee scope document within 48 hours.

What if my request isn't a fit?

We say so quickly, usually within the same 24-hour window, and point you toward whoever is a better fit. We do not hold submissions open to fill a pipeline.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. We read it, reply, and file it. There is no CRM blast, no resale of your information, and no tracking pixels in this form. See our privacy policy for the full detail.

Do I need to know my budget before I submit?

No. The budget field is optional and only helps us scope realistically. If you do not know yet, leave it blank or choose "Don't know yet."

What kind of work do you turn down?

ChatGPT-wrapper MVPs, generic chatbot rebuilds, pure prompt-engineering retainers, time-and-materials scope-creep work, and pyramid-leverage staff augmentation. If that is your ask, we will say so and save you the call.

Can I reach you without filling out this form?

Yes. Email contact@thedataexperts.us or call +1 888 928 2070 during business hours, Eastern. Both routes reach the same principal-read inbox as the form, with the same 24-hour reply target.
