A capability brief describes how we would structure a specific kind of work: the buyer problem, the operating model or reference architecture we bring, what we deliver, the evidence a buyer can inspect, and the limits of the offer. Every brief in this library is written to our public Claims Policy.

Buyers who evaluate by committee need to know what a claim from us means before they rely on it. A capability brief is our answer for one offer at a time. It states the problem the buyer has, the reference architecture or operating model we use for that problem, the scope and artifacts we deliver, a timeline band, the evidence standard the buyer can hold us to, and a plain list of what the offer is not.
Each brief follows the same section order so a procurement lead, a security reviewer, and a program owner can each find the section they need. Each carries a version and a review date, and each was reviewed for claim safety before publication.
How to read the architecture sections in these briefs.
The architecture and operating-model sections in every brief are reference designs. They describe how we structure this kind of work, drawn from our own templates, our published methods, and solution design in unawarded pursuits. They are not descriptions of awarded contracts.
Every material claim in this library is classified as proposed or reference capability. Where no separately verified past performance exists for an offer, the brief says so. Framework references describe alignment, not certification or a compliance state. We do not certify, accredit, or authorize systems, and we do not predict audit or regulatory outcomes.
