Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Niyam IT, Inc. under the authority of RFO 19.1306. The contemplated action is for a single, continuous, non-severable 12-month period of performance to conduct specialized spectrum baselining, physical site viability assessments, and line-of-sight radar relocation analyses across a prioritized list of Next Generation Radar (NEXRAD) facilities nationwide. This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation package is available. However, firms that believe they can fully meet the Governments requirements may submit substantiating documentation or a request for additional information in writing to the (Contract Specialist) within 10 days
