Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), working in support of PMA-290 (Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft), intend to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source contract under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-5 Authorized or required by statute and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) 270.1 Pilot Program to Incentivize Contracting with Employee-Owned Businesses to Aviation Systems Engineering Company Inc (ASEC). THIS PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICITATION AND SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT. RESPONSES IN ANY FORM ARE NOT OFFERS AND THE GOVERNMENT IS UNDER NO OBLIGATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT AS A RESULT OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
