SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Tracking Number 632675877 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) is seeking sources for the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Command, Control, Communications, and Enterprise (C3E) Electromagnetic Spectrum Information (EMS) Information Technology Modernization (EMS-IT Mod) Support Contract CONTRACTING OFFICE ADDRESS: DISA/Procurement Services Directorate/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DISA/PSD/DITCO)/PS63 6910 Cooper Avenue Fort Meade, MD 20755-0549 INTRODUCTION: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses and large businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services. This notice also seeks feedback from industry on the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) in support of this requirement (Attachment 1). DISA PAE C3E seeks capabilities from potential sources to provide a full range of technical, engineering, and administrative support services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable Department of War (DoW) guidelines.
