Description
This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H70126R00009 Pine Ridge Multiplex Construction Project which is a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation in late December 2025 or early January 2026, and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. The solicitation and all amendments for this Request for Proposals will be posted on https://sam.gov under Contract Opportunities. A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents. Additional details can be found in the solicitation when it is posted to https://sam.gov. SCOPE OF WORK: This project is to construct a pre-designed multiplex at the Pine Ridge Hospital in Pine Ridge, SD. Due to the shortage in staff housing, the construction of this multiplex will be crucial in securing housing for hospital staff. The Indian Health Service has leased the land required to build housing to accommodate the hospital staffing needs. A comprehensive design has been completed, covering civil, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and fire protection aspects.
