Description
Update 1SEP26: In alignment with the implementation of Executive Order 14402 within the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO), the Government is conducting the necessary administrative and compliance reviews. Consequently, the acquisition schedule is undergoing re-evaluation. The Government estimates releasing the Draft Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests (FOPRs) within GSA eBuy in Sept 2026, subject to the completion of these reviews. DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A. Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited. Approved for Public Release 26-MDA-12401 (28 Aug 26) Update 28JUL26: Attached is a Memorandum for Record notifying industry of the intent to consolidate supporting the Tranche 2 requirements under this MAPPS announcement. The complete, redacted Consolidation Determination and Findings (D&F) will be published concurrently with the final FOPR. This document is cleared for public release (Distribution Statement A). Approved for Public Release 26-MDA-12378 (16 Jul 26) Update 26JUNE26, the MAPSS Tranche 2 Webinar experienced technical difficulties.
