Description
This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. Regional Procurement Office (RPO) - East intends to negotiate a sole source contract for 5 years (Base Year plus 4 Option Years) with Avidity Science, LLC, located at 819 Bakke Avenue, Waterford, Wisconsin, 53185, for preventative maintenance services for the Joseph Maxwell Cleland Atlanta VA Medical Center. Background: This requirement is for preventative maintenance of the Avidity/Hydropac AWS 2500 Pouch machine. This equipment is proprietary and patented by the vendor. Parts for repairs and maintenance are only supplied by this vendor so there is no possibility of utilizing another vendor for this procurement.
