This is a NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA) / SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. This is NOT a solicitation. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division Contracting Branch, (AFLCMC/HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio Lackland intends to award, on a sole source basis, a Fixed Price Requirements Indefinite Delivery Contract for the repair of AN/ARC-234 Airborne Integrated terminal Group (AITG) Communications system. o NSN: 5821-01-473-7745CA, P/N: 01-01685-004 NSN: 5821-01-490-7181CA, P/N: 01-01685-005 NSN: 5821-01-619-3263CA, P/N: 01-01685-009 NSN: 5821-01-475-2000CS, P/N: 01-01689-001 To the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, 5001 US Highway 30W, Fort Wayne IN 46818-9701. CAGE Code: 8M6A5. The proposed contract action is for the repair of these assets for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: In Accordance With (IAW) 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source.
