NASA is exploring partnerships with external organizations to enable more impactful exploitation of NASA resources and to advance the commercial remote sensing industry. This Announcement for Partnership Proposals (AFPP) invites proposals for innovative partnerships for atmospheric exploration. This AFPP envisions one or more partnerships to complete the former GeoCarb instrument, integrate the instrument with a spacecraft, launch, operate, and share its unique data with clear benefits to the selected partner(s). On or after the publication date of this SAM.gov special notice, the full, final text for this AFPP will be available for download from the NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) at https://nspires.nasaprs.com by searching on the SAM notice ID (called a solicitation number on NSPIRES) or via the link provided below. NASA may periodically update the submission website, including announcing meetings with log-on details for interested parties. It is the responsibility of interested parties and the proposer to stay up to date with that website and ensure that they have the latest information available. All meetings and forums will be virtual.
