LEASE PROPOSAL (RLP) 36C24W26R0046 AMENDMENT #02 : The offer due date specified on the RLP cover page and in RLP Paragraph 3.02, �RECEIPT OF LEASE PROPOSALS (FEB 2026),� is hereby extended from October 30, 2026, to November 16, 2026.
