This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. No Statement of Work, Performance Specifications, or Requirements Package is currently available for release. This RFI is a market research tool to determine the availability and adequacy of potential commercial sources.
