No other items have changed (End of AMENDMENT 1) The Virginia National Guard is looking for a vendor to provide medical exams to employees who may have been exposed to hazard materials. 1. COMMUNICATION WITH THE GOVERNMENT: A. Questions: Submit written questions via email ONLY to the [contact details on the official notice] at katina.l.moore7. [contact details on the official notice]. No phone calls will be accepted. Questions will be received until October 9, 2026, no later than 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). 2. ADDENDUM to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -Commercial Items (SEP 2023) A. Addendum to FAR 52.212-2(b), Submission of offers.
