Ft. (ABOA): 3109 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3109 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Space, Parking Spaces (Total): 8 Parking Spaces (Surface): 8 Parking Spaces (Structured/Secured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: The following exceptions apply to the subject requirement: ? 464.4 USF for the taxpayer waiting area within the Taxpayer Assistance Center (TAC) will be classified as concentrated assembly with an occupant load of 7 USF/person. ? 348 USF for the conference and meeting rooms within the General Office will be classified as assembly occupancy with an occupant load of 15 USF/person. ? 208.8 USF for the conference and meetings rooms within CI. Equipment in the MDF Room will typically range from 50- 200 lbs. per square foot (see IRS Facilities Standards, Chapter 10 for Requirements). ? TAC Office has 500 lbs.
