Award under this RLP will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations. City: Norfolk State: Virginia (VA) Delineated Area: NORTH: West Virginia Beach Blvd, SOUTH: Waterside Dr, WEST: Duke St, EAST: St. Paul Blvd Minimum ABOA Square Feet: 15,592 ABOA SF Maximum ABOA Square Feet: 16,412 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking: NA Lease Term: 10 Years, 5 Years Firm Amortization Term: 5 Years for both Tenant Improvements and Building Specific Amortized Capital.
