***UPDATE: The Government has determined that the Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3) contract vehicle is the most appropriate mechanism for the Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) procurement. This approach strictly aligns with applicable federal procurement regulations and utilizes an established, fully compliant contractual framework. This decision is final, and the Government will not accept or respond to inquiries regarding this procurement vehicle selection.
