INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research to determine the availability, interest, and technical capabilities of qualified businesses to perform elevator modernization and environmental investigation services at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas. 3. PROJECT SCOPE & REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, specialized technicians, and equipment necessary to complete the modernization and component replacement of the elevator at Building B663, Randolph AFB.
