This is a full-time W-2 employee role, 100% remote within the United States. The anticipated start date and final written offer depend on completion of DSE's current financing plan.

Product ownership with clear terms.

Base salary: $135,000-$175,000 per year. Planned benefits include employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k); and remote-work equipment. Final plan details are provided before an accepted offer and begin when employment starts.

Create responsive, accessible interfaces for security, governance, configuration, and AI product operations.

Implement the APIs and service behavior required to make the user journey reliable instead of stopping at the browser.

Test real behavior

Own unit, integration, and browser-level evidence for the workflows you ship, including error and empty states.

Product

Use customer signal

Work with product and technical leaders to turn buyer and user feedback into scoped, measurable improvements.

What you bring to the product.

Required

Full-stack craft

  • Strong modern frontend engineering and interaction judgment.
  • Production full-stack experience with APIs and services.
  • Testing discipline across components and user journeys.
  • Evidence of shipping accessible, maintainable software.
  • US work authorization. No specific degree is required.
Preferred

Relevant depth

  • React or comparable framework experience.
  • Python or TypeScript backend experience.
  • Design-system and WCAG accessibility experience.
  • Secure SaaS, AI product, or regulated-environment experience.
