This is a full-time W-2 employee role, 100% remote within the United States. The anticipated start date and final written offer depend on completion of DSE's current financing plan.

Growth ownership with clear terms.

Base salary: $125,000-$165,000 per year. Planned benefits include employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k); and remote-work equipment. Final plan details are provided before an accepted offer and begin when employment starts.

Hands-on leadership

  • B2B growth or product-marketing leadership.
  • Evidence of personally building and improving campaigns.
  • Strong positioning, writing, and editorial judgment.
  • Ability to connect spend and content to qualified pipeline.
  • US work authorization. No specific degree is required.
Preferred

Relevant context

  • Cybersecurity, AI, enterprise SaaS, or technical-services marketing.
  • Experience marketing to regulated or federal buyers.
  • Founder-led marketing and early-stage category creation.
  • Atlanta technology-community or investor-event experience.
