Make security part of the product, not a review at the end. Own the threat model, testing program, control architecture, and customer evidence for DSE's AI systems.
This is a full-time W-2 employee role, 100% remote within the United States. The anticipated start date and final written offer depend on completion of DSE's current financing plan.
Base salary: $165,000-$205,000 per year. Planned benefits include employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k); and remote-work equipment. Final plan details are provided before an accepted offer and begin when employment starts.
Applications are accepted and reviewed now. Applying does not create employment, compensation, or a promise of hire. Employment begins only after a signed written offer and normal onboarding requirements.
