Client & partner relationship manager

Keep every valuable relationship moving after the introduction. This role manages follow-up, next steps, referrals, partner coordination, commercial-to-technical handoffs, and renewal and expansion signals across DSE's client and partner relationships.

You own cadence and continuity. The role does not provide technical advice, approve prices, promise delivery outcomes, negotiate legal terms, or bind DSE.

Success-based work, not employment.

This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement with success-based compensation and no guaranteed base salary or retainer. No employee benefits are provided. The qualifying referral, renewal, expansion, or partner-originated revenue, attribution rules, collection trigger, and payment timing are negotiated individually and documented in a written services agreement before work begins. Success-based compensation does not apply to securing or obtaining U.S. Government contracts where contingent fees are prohibited; any federal activity and compensation must be separately scoped in writing and comply with applicable procurement rules.

The work · continuity across the revenue path

Make the next step clear and owned.

This is a relationship-execution role, not a passive account desk. It requires disciplined follow-through, calm communication, and good judgment about when to bring in a principal or practitioner.

01 · Cadence

Keep relationships warm

Maintain an appropriate follow-up rhythm with qualified prospects, active clients, referral sources, teaming partners, and other commercial relationships without spamming or over-contacting them.

02 · Coordination

Make handoffs clean

Prepare context, track owners and dates, schedule the right people, and connect commercial conversations to DSE leadership or technical practitioners without losing history.

03 · Growth signals

Listen for what comes next

Capture renewal and expansion signals, referrals, adjacent problems, partner opportunities, and delivery feedback. Route each signal to the person authorized to evaluate it.

04 · Records

Keep the CRM trustworthy

Maintain contacts, relationship notes, stage, next step, owner, and source attribution in the CRM. Close loops instead of creating parallel spreadsheets and private histories.

Role boundary · relationship, not authority

Coordinate confidently, promise carefully.
