Chief Technology Officer
Own the technology function end to end. Set the architecture, engineering system, security posture, and product roadmap that turn DSE's AI security strategy into dependable software.
This is a full-time W-2 employee role, 100% remote within the United States. The anticipated start date and final written offer depend on completion of DSE's current financing plan.
Compensation · planned benefits
A funded operating role, disclosed clearly.
Base salary: $185,000-$225,000 per year. Planned benefits include employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k); and remote-work equipment. Final plan details are provided before an accepted offer and begin when employment starts.

Partner with AI security leadership so product, cloud, data, and delivery controls hold up under customer and regulatory review.

Required
Operating depth
- Senior technical leadership in secure SaaS, AI, or data products.
- Hands-on cloud and software architecture experience.
- Evidence of shipping, operating, and improving production systems.
- Clear judgment across security, reliability, cost, and speed.
- US work authorization. No specific degree is required.
Preferred
Shortens the ramp
- Multi-tenant SaaS and LLM platform experience.
- Regulated-industry or federal delivery experience.
- Experience building a senior engineering team after financing.
- Familiarity with AWS, serverless systems, and governed data platforms.
